Analysis
Tenshi establishes you or your company's goals & objectives. A message or strategy is vitally important to us here. We will look at your target audience and their needs and views Where possible, we will meet you in person to give you ideas and advice, discuss your needs, and plan your website
Design
Ideas & concepts of design and layout of pages will be planned here with Templates & Styles discussed and approved. Top priority will be given to usability and intended audience/market, with complete integration of your current marketing plan. Tenshi can create logos if needed, using the latest software and technology, with all work mirrored to your corporate identity to ensure recognition.
Implementation
All work will be checked and only passed as complete with your approval. Key Stage Checkpoints will be designated and progress reviewed and assessed - this ensures structured and up to date management of the project. All current work will be held on a secure server, with constant available access for you to gain and review work at any time.
Testing
Front End Testing - Analysis of integrity of all links and pages through the most popular browsers used today.
Back End Testing - All code within pages will be checked and made compatible with the W3C Standards.
User Testing - Sample users will be asked to report and test the site. At this stage, if you are not 100% satisfied with the site, Tenshi will make any necessary changes.
Launch
Your website will be launched and go live once all testing is complete and everything has been approved. Any technical issues will be handled quickly and efficiently by us. Once all outstanding fees are paid for, Tenshi will provide you with the copyright for all content, including images, logos, buttons, databases etc. on a CD ROM for you to keep.
Maintenance
Maintenance contracts can be discussed at any stage. Reviews and appraisals will be undertaken at regular intervals. If you have an existing website that you are not happy with, or a website that needs a facelift, Tenshi can help update and maintain your site.
